I had the misfortune to move into this apartment complex almost a year ago, and I REALLY wish I hadn't. This place is utterly disgusting. The apartment itself isn't bad, but the management is a complete disaster. The two women (Tanya and Angelina) who are on-site managers are completely clueless, especially Tanya; I think the woman is simply stupid, and apparently neither has any idea what it means to follow up on a promise; if you don't get it in writing, it might as well not have happened.

The complex is noisy and cheaply-built, and is loaded with screaming kids. There's been construction going on for months (maybe it's an experiment in how LONG it can take to roof a single building''''''), and maintenance of the grounds is awful. The dumpster areas are filthy and smelly; plants are dying for lack of water in most of the complex except for the two patches of grass at the entrance, and many trees are diseased and dying. Many residents play music into the wee hours of the morning with windows open (there's no air-conditioning here), and there are constant visits by police officers to break up domestic disturbances and groups of fighting/druggie kids. The kids' play area, tennis courts, and much-vaunted "nature area" are littered with needles and condoms after any given weekend. The pool is only open during the summer months; the exercise room closes at 9 p.m., so it's pretty much useless to anyone who works until 7 or 8 p.m. and has to drive home. Parking is ok, simply because so many people have left this place; half the time, the covered parking areas' lighting is out.

In short, this place is after one thing, and one thing only: to get your money and give you as little as humanly possible in return. Find someplace else - you'll be doing yourself a favor.

Totally in appropriate! How dare you name people in the office but yet you remain anonymous. You are obviously a bitter tenant that's probably pissed for getting a notice of some sort because you didn't pay your rent on time. If you are so unhappy than move. Don't spread rumors or say things that your are merely not informed about. If you have questions you obviously didn't ask or probably were rude to the management staff. If you were a perfect tenant you would know the management staff and be informed.
