everyone is entitled to an opinion; but you need to find out the facts. I have lived here for 4 years; management has improved tremendously and the property has improved. Construction / "renovation" has been and inconvenience but wouldn't be more convenient if not completed. My windows were finally replaced but the fact that the manager listened and did something about. Maintenance guys are great! I have watched kyle pressure washing the property for hours & days at a time. As for the dead grass well gee it was only in the 90's to 107 over the last month. They removed & trimmed several trees and replanted many more. From what I understand the property is almost 20 years old. Yes it is my home - our home but it is an apartment. If you rented or owned an actual house...gee what would you do about your noisy neigbors, domestic violence, drugs or kids playing in the street then' Sit there watch and complain...I'd hate to be your neighbor. Gee that's what we pay taxes for! I'd be more concerned if violence was going on and the police didn't show up or even better how about a rent a cop! If you can't deal with the fact of life then i am sorry for you.
