Like living in a construction zone

This is a VERY dangerous place for my children. I don't know if the owners have decided to sell the place, but there's been a sudden burst of so-called "renovation" in the last few months. It's nice that they're fixing things up, but the contruction crews are clearly working with the "lowest bidder" mentality. I've literally seen them throw sheets of plywood off the rooftops rather than put someone on scaffolding to lower the stuff to the ground. Building materials are lying all over the complex, and the crews seem to think that a nail gun is a toy - spent nails are everywhere.
The playground is very pretty, but there is trash constantly; there's no lighting, so teenagers (and who knows else''') use the area at night for drugs, booze, and so on, and there's often broken glass, used condoms (ugh!) and even the occasional needle lying in the area.
I suggest that if you have children, find somewhere else to live; this place is simply too dangerous.
