Do Not Rent Here

My husband and I rented here for 4 months.
My daughter and I got sick from the mold growing in the apartment, so we provided the landlord with a doctors note saying we needed to relocate. This was fine with her, until the next day when she put an eviction notice on our door telling us we had to move within 3 days, or pay for the next two months. We moved within 2 days, then they told us they were going to send us to collections.

While living there our daughter was constantly awakened by an often drunk couple that lived next door, at 3 am.

Our toilet started running over, the landlords were nowhere to be found, so the fire depatrment was called because the shut off valve to the toilet was rusted open. It flooded our entry way. We were told that "this happens all the time", but then the Woman landlord yelled at my husband for costing her so much money to fix the plumbing and dry our carpet.

They are never in the office, they don't answer there phone, cell or otherwise.
The lady landlord is tempermental, and you never know when she will yell at you or wave.
She is disrespectful and condescending towards her tenants.

The apartments have a horrible draft through them, so expect a high electric bill.

The parking is ridiculous. There are definately not enough spaces, and one night the landlord parked in our only parking space.

Expect to hear all your neighbors, and if your a non-smoker, you'll hate the fact that the neighbors smoke travels into your apartment.

The pool heat is shut off the 1st of September, and I found larvae growing in it one day while my daughter and I were swimming.

The second bedroom is big enough for a 4 year old, but thats about it. It really is a glorified walk-in closet.

The other tenants drive way to fast in the parking area, and have come close to hitting us.Also, pulling out at the stoplight is a pain, you can't see around the corner, and the other people opposite you feel they have the right of way, so beware.

We could have lived with most of this, except the mold and even worse, the landlord.

Please email if you are currently renting here, or have previously rented here and had the same problems-
