I'm a little late in seeing that there has been new manangement at Creekside... so my rating is still low because we lived there last year. Sounds like the new management is 1,000 times better. Hurray for Creekside tenants! They no longer have to put up with the "psycho wrath" of Judy and Dave. My family lived there for quite a while. Things were great at first but quickly went downhill - fast. The only reason we stayed there so long was because of a whole bunch of unexpected life issues that forced us to stick it out with the "old" Creekside management. We were always on time with rent and thought we were good tenants. When we were finally able to buy a house for me, my husband, my 2 year old daughter and one on the way, Judy even gave our mortgage/loan company a "good tenant" rating. When we moved out, she reported to Alliance Management that we had done over $800 worth of damage to the apartment. We sent them a nice little letter describing Judy and the antics we had witnessed and had been succumbed to, along with pictures of the apartment when we left because I knew that somehow, something would go wrong with us leaving. So, at least I had proof and the man that my husband spoke with on the phone that worked for Alliance Management actually told us about this site. My husband had mentioned what poor manangement Creekside had and the man said to check out this site and see what other people were saying about her. He also mentioned that they were in the process of looking into replacing her. I don't know how much to believe through anyone affiliated with Creekside or Alliance Management back in 2004, but it's now been a little over a year after we've moved out and I'd like to think our call and letter had some small part in waking up some sort of management to replace her. Or maybe she just got tired of all the "tire kickers'''" and moved on to something more stressful for her. What' No clue what the phrase "tire kickers" meant in her posting, but I usually never knew what she meant or was up to. Have a good rest of your stay, fellow Creekside alumni... :)

This lady needs to get a life. You moved on. And away from Creekside. Why even bother posting this message?
