For a long time management at this complex was permitted to harrass and abuse residents. Many people were cheated out of the return of their security deposits. Just by the sheer numbers of complaints owners must have turned a blind eye to some very shady goings on. Until the past residents that were refused the reimbursement of their deposits are all contacted and made whole please do not support this apartment complex.They will cheat you as quick as look at you.

I feel your frustration, and it makes me shudder that Judy has all of the "previous" tenant information (i.e. credit records and anything else). Hopefully it won't make life h*ll for anyone else. Take care.
