Unprofessional Management

Manager and the management team were very unprofessional. Manager is hard to approach, and is very moody. Management company does not return phone calls or respond to letters.
But while living there it wasn't awful, and for the year the apartment was built, it was fairly clean.
Just document everything about your apartment before you move in, and make sure to do a walk through with the manager. If not, you will be cheated to where you will get none of your deposit back at the end, no matter how clean you felt you left the place. Any thing you want to do to the apartment while living there, get the OK in writing by the manager.
You can never be too careful with her (JUDY).
