Parking problems

There are parking problems and I think that management ignores them. There is bunch of cats going around the building and some tenants are feeding them. The garbage is absolutely disgusting, always full of furniture and junk around. Halls in the building are one big mess. Dirt is on the carpet all the time. I would not recommend this to my friends.

Yes management does know that there is a parking situation and we are trying to solve that problem but we can't just make more parking spots. You have to remember this is a 40 year old complex, and 40 years ago people didn't have 2 plus cars. Everyone does get one assigned parking spot included with their rent. As for the cats I only see one or two running around and they both belong to tenants. Sorry about the garbage situation, we are trying to do all we can to keep that area looking good. I personally have had to make a couple of dump runs to get rid of the furniture that people have left behind. The halls should be in better condition now that we have an assistant manager, who's job it is to keep the halls and laundry rooms clean. The new management is hard at work trying to correct any problems that were left behind by the last manager, and hope to make this a comfortable place for all to live.
