This apartment complex used to be a clean, peaceful place to live. Not anymore. Management keeps changing and not for the better! We currently have the worst ones ever! Avoid this place at all costs.

yes, i do agree with you. They are not even in the office anymore, office is used as a day care for their children :( but i think the worst is the property manager Paul or what ever his name his. He is rude and very unprofessional.

I so agree with almost everything posted here in the past year. This place has gone to ---- and nobody does a thing to change it.I moved from here recently this year and would suggest the same for anybody who cares about thier home. You all know they are going to convert to condos anyway right? just a matter of time. The manager we had in 2005 and 2006 was a great manager as far as this property is concerned. She had a hard time with the maintenance or lack there of but her attitude was all for us as tenants. They should have tried to keep her and just get a good maintenance person for her. well, run for your own good is all i can say. The property management/owners only care about the almighty dollar and that Paul....what a flippin joke.
