Gilman Meadows is a beautiful apartment complex, and if you sleep outside it would probably be worthwhile to live there.
If you choose to live INSIDE your actual apartment, you won't get much sleep. There is absolutely NO insulation between the floors. You can hear everything your neighbors do and if you have BAD neighbors like I had, they will keep you up all hours of the night with the music cranked, running around, fighting, yelling or even just plain walking around.
The floors are so creeky that your neighbors can wake you up out of a deep sleep by just walking to the bathroom. The management, thought very nice, basically does nothing. There's not much they can do.
If the owners would shell out some money on insulation or simple floor repairs it would be a great place to live.
Plus, the maintenance turnaround time is ridiculous my washer broke and it took them 3 weeks to fix it. I put in work orders for other various things 6 months prior to my move and they were never fixed.
I would have loved to have stayed there, but the lack of sleep and general lack of peace was too much.
I would not recommend this apartment complex unless you don't plan on actually being there very much. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
