Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
This is the name the town of Issaquah refers to this complex as. The maintence is horrific. Black mold everywhere. Get it all in writing so you have ammo to get out of your lease. Dont forget to keep a copy too. They seem to not be able to keep the written documentation their tenants provide them. The new management which took over summer of 2004 is heartless. Hopefully she moved on.
