GM is managed by a company that doesn't give a ---- except the monthly rent check, and it better not be late or it'll cost ya another $75.
Typical "community apartment" living.
Set me FREE of this!

In case you haven't heard it is normal to pay a late fee if you don't pay your bills on time. ANY "Responsible" adult knows this. Management here is awesome! I have never had better, caring people at an apartment community then there has been here.
