Years at this apartment: 1998-01-01 - 1999-01-01
the new management as of the '99 tried in vein to evict me, accused me of being a drug dealer with no proof and rented the apartment to me on an "as is" status due to the poor upkeep of prior tenats, (there was no damage deposit required). the apartment had not replaced the flooring in over six years with over 8 people living in the 2 bedroom apartment. i had a private service professionally clean the place before i left. the management sent a bill for new flooring to collection agency for $2524.00.
because of this still on-going battle i can not get a loan for the bank.
