The large 1 bd on the main floor has a great kitchen and laundry room. Personally I was thrilled to have an actual laundry room inside - and a big one at that! Rent is reasonable, includes utilities plus there's secure underground parking. Mary (on-site mgr) is great and went out of her way to make me comfortable. Not something you'll usually find apt mgrs doing, big plus. Only real inconvenience in my eyes is being located right off a very busy street. Difficult to get in/out during rush hour.

I'm only sorry not to be there (living out of state now).
