Years at this apartment: 1990 - 2001
 
My bedroom smelled like mildew. Everything is old. I did not feel good about structural integrity of the buildings, although I am not an expert. First glance looks ok, take a good look and move along to a better place. Management not nice to work with. I only stayed so long because I could not afford to move sooner.
