Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
I moved to Issaquah from New England in 2000. First lived in a different place for a few months, and didn't like it. I looked at many apartments in Issaquah, found IVA, loved it, and moved to the apartment I am still living in. Never regret about it. In my view it is the best apartment complex in Issaquah.
Great place to live if you appreciate quiet area, nice neighborhood, and managers that are responsible and nice talking to. All maintenance issues resolved quickly, and overall our complex is in better shape now than three years ago. IVA is five minutes from the stores, I-90, great swimming pool, and library.
I just renewed my lease for another year.
