Complex is quiet, love that there is undeveloped land behind the complex full of birds and deer. The ducks come to visit daily! Fran and Bill are GREAT managers. They are responsive to tenants and are careful about who they rent to -- ensures some peace in the complex.

If they ever leave as managers, I'll probably leave too because they are the reason the place is so wonderful.
