We rented a 1 bedroom and they seemed so nice at first I asked about the other reviews about mold and they said oh thats because people dont clean. HA I had to clean with bleach all over daily and the mold grew like crazy. after your contract is signed you realize how fake they are.
they are rude and stuck up.
take pictures when you move out because they will charge you for everything they can.
I cleaned my whole place spotless and they charged me for cleaning!
THERE IS NEVER PARKING unless you pay for a carport your screwed have fun walking up that hill.
Terrible place to live especially in the winter the heater is in the wall and heats that corner. the snow makes the hill terrible to walk so guess you dont need your mail!
PLEASE RUN FAR AWAY i thought the tanning bed would be cool yea its older than me as are the bulbs that they never change.

So true. They charged us an arm and a leg for cleaning even though we did the full bleach/steam-cleaning ourselves upon move-out. They also don't help you with accommodations when they have to move you out temporarily for apartment repairs. We were paying tenants for three weeks while our place had no bathroom - only 4 of those days counted as "uninhabitable" though.
