I lived there for 1.5 years - luxury appointments consist of the large checks you write to pay your rent.
There is black mold in the walls - the 'maintenance crew' won't do anything about it - they'll tell you to go buy a dehumidifier.
After one year of tenancy, they'll either offer to install baseboards or glue a mantle on the fireplace wall. I opted for the mantle, and the glue was toxic like you wouldn't believe, and heat from using the fireplace made the apartment fill with fumes.
Also, the fire alarm is so sensitive you can't burn candles, and anything will set it off - and it usually goes off once a week in one of the buildings.
The original apartment I was supposed to get was dank and awful, the bathroom stunk of cat urine, the management said there was nothing wrong. The carpet had tracks in it from the previous tenant, and could not be cleaned.
Unless you like paying $1250 for a cheap apartment with no extra amenities, avoid this horrid hellhole like the plague
