Most uncooperative manager

This complex has somehow managed to hire the most uncooperative, uncommunicative and rude personnel as managers !!! Don't expect any politeness from them once you have signed the lease. They show their colors when you need their cooperation the most. WOW! HSC, keep up the good work. you care the damn least as long as the managers can manage to extract some cash from your tenants !!!
But , yes, no complaints for the maintenance staff. Always very helpful.
