HSC STIFFS US AGAIN (10 MONTHS LATER)

Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2003
After moving last September, HSC attempted to extort a bogus water bill payment from us. They sicked their so-called "collection" agency on us, and we went through a living nightmare dealing with the rudest, most vile creature known to man. Finally, between MasterTek Water Co, and HSC we were able to get them to admit that the bill was not owed.
TODAY, 10 months later, HSC has turned me over to collection for the same bill.
Life at Lakemont was a nightmare. The office staff, who I understand is now gone, treated us like garbage .... even tricking us into not signing a new lease so that they could evict us (perfectly legal if you are a month-to-month tenant).
BE AFRAID ... BE VERY AFRAID .... if you are leaving, get your FINAL water bill approved and in writing from Master Tek ... don't let HSC do it for you ....
