I must admit, when I first moved here, it seemed too good to be true- wonderful locaton next to freeway, embedded within the trees, wonderful view of Lake Sammamish, etc... Too bad it was too good to be true!

The management was all smiles when approached with a problem (I had a gang of teenagers next door with a new sound system that didn't have a curfew) but no action was ever taken. Multiple times I had to wait more than 45 minutes in the office while the office manager flirted with single tenants- pretending that he didn't notice me in front of his desk.

The apartments are nice, but management will increase the prices depending who you talk to, and the highest price always wins. Mold in the windows is a huge issue. If you skip cleaning it after a week, you have fur growing around your window. Parking sucks. If you can't afford a parking spot at $75 a month, you should save your pennies for the car dings.

Maintenance is very nice, but very unskilled. After 3 tries, I finally gave up on calling them, and fixed the light fixture myself- needed a new ballast.

Bottom line- it IS too good to be true!
