I have been a resident at Lakemont Orchard, going on 2 years now, and will stay here until I decide to buy a home.
The location is great, my apartment is spacious, and the staff is very friendly.
Yeah, they raised my rent $20 bucks when I renewed, but I got a steal when I moved in, so I can deal with it.
The staff has turned over quite a lot since I moved in, but the new management company, Holland, seems very good, and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Just hope they make the promised improvements to the fitness center and pool area.
Overall, Lakemont Orchard is a great place to live, in fact, I have a couple friends moving in this month in the next building over. See you at the pool.
