I have lived here over a year. When you are reading other reviews on here, make note of the date. The apartments have only improved in the past year with new management. I too have had problems getting things fixed in a timely manner, but have always been compensated for mistakes and inconveniences. Office staff and maintenence are very friendly. I hear my neighbors upstairs sometimes, but not more than normal. Never have a problem finding free parking near my building and have been quoted $30 per month if I want a covered spot. I got a really good deal moving in, but my rent raised a hundred dollars when I renewed. I will most likely not stay here after this lease is up because I want to get a house with a yard, but if I can't do that, I would stay. No reason to rent a different apartment... good price, good people, good location.
