The management (that is, the ever-revolving management) is so nice, I had a great relationship with them but that didn't make the apartment any better really. The rooms are spacious and well-built, but come summertime--carpenter ants galore! You cannot get rid of them! The maintenance people do not fix anything at all. They are always visible, but very incapable. I had them come over to fix the toilet leak, the ants, my closet door, the garbage disposal; but lo, and behold! They were still broken when they left! My roommates and I ended up having to fix the problems ourselves. On top of that, the parking is HORRENDOUS!!!! They don't remedy the fact that the renters have numerous cars, and the spots mind you, are mostly uphill and difficult to get into, at night, come into the complex and you'll see many cars parked out on the yellow strips. The apartments are situated in a way that some apartments can look down into the windows of other homes, and how interesting! These particular homes are rented out by creepy men who stay out on their decks and look into your windows! The ads to this community states that it has a fitness room and great views of the lake and mountains. Hmmm, let's see. The fitness room is a size of a closet, with poor excuses for exercise equipment, the tennis court is tiny and rundown, and the only apartments that MIGHT get a view may be the ones at the very top of the hill...oh, but oops--the view is covered up by trees. TOO BAD! The location is convenient, so if you want to keep your blinds closed at all times, buy a bicycle, and you don't mind fixing all your house problems--hey! This is the place for you!!!
