Honestly I thought this was a pretty good place to live. I say thought because I recently bought a house and moved out.

Good points: Whenever I needed maintenance, they always got to it within a day. The time my faucet broke when I had family over, they fixed it within an hour. The apartments are spacious and pretty bright. I don't deal with the management too often, but when I do (like to pick up a package from the office) they are always helpful. I had to be 2 days late on rent one time and they helped me out.

Bad points: the parking situation is awful. If you don't have a covered spot, be prepared to park way down the hill and walk if you come home after 11pm. Walls are thin. They seem to always have some guys out there doing landscaping which can get loud.

Other stuff which I didn't find bad (I'm pretty easy going) but you might: lots of early 20ish guys who like to party with their women in the hot tub. Lots of young kids who can be noisy. Gate never shuts, so if you're interested in a gated complex bear this in mind.

Well as I said, I thought this was a petty good place to live, but it's not for everyone.
