mold problem forever

If you like the mold problem, you might like here. Our apartment has a bad mold problem 3 times in half year since this Feb. I could accept the first two times happening 'cause I think I couldn't avoid bad things happen sometimes, right' But the last time in early of July 07, when I saw the big bad black mold all over the closet, it was scary me to death.
My husband at work, I closed the bed room door and didn't let my kids go in!
I called the office, they came in and teared out the wall, of course the dust are everywhere, then they put the dehumifier machine in the bad room for 3 days. I remembered the outside weather about 90 something, but can you imagine what is the temperture inside' My kids couldn't sleep in the bed 'cause so hot!! I put them sleep on the floor in the living room for 3 days. The forth day a guy come and go to fix the wall like a couple hours, I'm starting to get really angry 'cause he mess up all over the apartment, dust and paint powder in everywhere. I argued with the office manager, we are family. How can we fit his schedule like this'' A couple hours a day, I couldn't cook, I need to brought my kids to eat outside and walk all day long 'cause too much dust at home, I didn't know where we can go' It was only in Issaquah, we are not on vacation, right' She put us in the motel for two days. When we came home, the apartment is not finished yet, I argued with the office again. The office manager said her credit card was broken, no more money to put us one night in hotel, but she argeed out situation, she suggest we paid it first, then she will ask the office paid us back! We have not choice, we paid for one night motel. The eight days was over, the guy finished the apartment, he did help us clean up the carpet, but is it enough' I wipe out the dust all day long, washed everythings, I spent a whole week to re-wash the cloths 'cause the mold. All the expenses that we spent for eight days
such as dining out, extra water expenses, electric.... also our air-purifier machine was broken 'cause full of dust, I tried to clean it, but I couldn't reach inside. I brought the the new one now, 'cause my two kids have sneezing all the time. My daughter has nose bleeding 'cause the dust. Also, my right hand was doing the housework to much, I have shoulder pain until now. I took the x-ray, the doctor said the muscle got infected. I took the medication over a week, it is not go away. I don't what to do' Last week I receive a check from the office, they just gave me back the money of the dry cleans expenses the day that we paid for the motel. Before the manager asked me write down everything we lose or spent, the office will give us back. My husband talk to her this Monday, she said 'cause we didn't submit the other receipt except the dry clean and motel. I think if you are a big company, how can you treat your customer like this'' I don't even receive a apology letter. The office never talk to us except we went in there. The staff's mouth is nice, she said she feels sorry about us, I think how sorry she is' She told a lot of lying such she said she couldn't reach her boss, her boss out of state, even me(a house wife), I have cell phone, it is not that hard to call me. If she didn't have enought ability to manage here, please close the office. Let the all residents manage themselves, right'
