If your doing a short term lease 2-4mths, I would make sure you differentiate between them. While filling out the paper work, I told the manager that I was in town on business for 2-4mths, she (Erin) decided that she heard 4 mths and so I ended up signing a 4 mth lease. I assumed the 2 and the 4 mth where the same since there is no price difference, however I was very wrong. When my business ended in 2 mths Erin/Langara held me to the full 4mths worth of rent as I signed a 4 mth lease. Shame on me but I will never recommend this place or the management to anyone.
