Rented for a couple of years, under different management including a leasing agent called Angela who was pleasant to deal with. Gave up our apt ----- and span to Erin who did a walk through with us and claimed and everything was clean and looked in a good condition. She even compared us to some neighbours nearby who left the place in a mess right before us and said she didnt think we would be penalized. On asking for the inspection report, kept making excuses about how busy she was and that she would give it later. A couple of weeks later were given a report in which she charged us for things that were there in our move in report made by Angela including some pet stains(we have no pets) and a tear in the carpet and somehow added the total to our deposit. Who knows where the money is actually going and whether there is any accountability for it. she is just very unpleasant and arrogant to deal with, the maintenance is decent and pretty prompt, the walls like most apt complexes are pretty thin
