So nice to see the new management leaving a nice positive review for themselves! If you want a taste of what's really going on here go look their ads upon craigslist.com - they are claiming 2nd floor apts. have a yard, no rental on this property has it's own yard & how can you have a yard on the 2nd floor' They also want a new owner for a townhome - how can you own a rental' Look elsewhere for a better deal and some hope of hearing the truth. BTW, my rent was always paid on time so I am not leaving this review as a retalition for any failure on my part.
