Bad taste in my mouth

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I've lived at Langara for 2.5 years and I've finally decided to give my notice to move out. I was happy when I first moved in, but became so frustrated after the person who first showed us our apartment started working at a different apartment complex (gee I wonder why). The first girl was really great, but the manager has changed a couple of times since then, and both managers sucked. We paid our rent on time and in full each time, but our water bill would often come AFTER our rent was due, and then we would get a late notice for owing water when we had never even received a bill. We got a $50 late fee for a $20 water bill! Our carpet was so cheap and so gross that we had to start having it cleaned once every 5-6 months. A lot of the materials they used in the apartments are super cheap, and since Langara is fairly new this hasn't been a huge problem, but as it ages, it will be a terrible problem. If they can get some people to run Langara who has some brains, and more than two brain cells to rub together, it might be okay. Oh yeah, one more thing, the noise from the street is awful.
