I love this place. Of course I have had loud neighbors. I spent 6 months listening to kids running and screaming below me. But nothing can be perfect. I will probably be leaving in the summer since there are no 3 bedroom apartments here, but will miss it. This is a great place to live - and just remember.. don't ever expect to get your "refundable" deposit back from any apartment complex.. it just doesn't happen!! We also have 2 cars and I have never once had an issue with parking. I recommend it here.

Looks like management is still rating themselves. This is the worse management company ever. Do not rent here if you expect to get any of your security deposit back. They entered my apartment illegally, started painting with almost no notice and made everyone park elsewhere... (and the parking is horid) The walls are very thin. If you want to live in Issaquah check out the Timbers or Klahanie. They will take care of you.
