They cannot apply checks to the correct account and will bill you again which you must then prove that you did pay, when, check #, and do not expect them to treat you kindly or apologize when they realize they have made a mistake. Yes, it is difficult to apply the check to the account # written on the check and it is totally the tenant's fault...somehow. Really you should just pay twice, right'.
It takes at least three forms of contact from the tenant to get maintenance to correct problems.
They do not have working keys ready for tenants on move in. Double check that they have correctly set up your utilities. You may be paying for another apartment's also.
Double check that they are not putting other people's garage accounts into your account.
"New" management or "old" management...still incompetent. Do not know how to contact tenants about anything but will wait until the tenant notices bills, work orders,...etc. that need to be fixed and contacts the office. I know picking up a phone and dialing is tough. Hopefully they learn sometime.
Do not expect to get any of your deposit back. Do expect them to find more things to bill you for than you should have to pay. After we moved out they pulled up the carpet, saw stains and billed us. I spoke with the carpet guy who verified that he cannot state when the stains occurred, just that they did happen. We were billed because we lived there last even though ----- acknowledged that at our move out there was no scent or anything to lead her to believe we should be billed for the damage. Langara did not want to pay so bill the last tenants.

Don't feel bad! My bike was taken off my deck without my permission to never be seen again. I feel your pain old managment new management. They said they returned it but have refused to give me the date of the supposed return. Hence I am out $650.00 for my mountain bike. I realize it is less than rent, but really crappy. What is $650.00 to them when they just issued every tenant a $25.00 giftcard? They can't refund a tenant $650.00 for property they took without permission? I think it's a horrible management company and that has never changed! It's SUHRCO RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES, LLC who handle for the owners, but they will not devulge who the owners are. Nor will anyone else at SUHRCO RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES, LLC return your e-mails. The worst customer service ever from SUHRCO RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES, LLC. I can't wait until my lease is up this July! I'll be prepared for my move out thanks for posting your review. Also the person to talk to at SUHRCO RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES, ----------------------, but don't expect her to get back to you. Good luck!
