Great Management -They really work hard for keep residents happy, the Maintenance guys are great they are very professional I really feel safe when they work around my home 5 Star service

Looks like management is still rating themselves. This is the worse management company ever. Do not rent here if you expect to get any of your security deposit back. They entered my apartment illegally, started painting with almost no notice and made everyone park elsewhere... (and the parking is horid) The walls are very thin. If you want to live in Issaquah check out the Timbers or Klahanie. They will take care of you.

I am currently stuck at Colina Square in Sammamish and will be leaving very soon. I have seen ads on Craigslist for Langara apartments renting very cheap and waiving fees. I have also see them spam CL with the ads. I was considering this apartment even though the Traffic on Issaquah pine lake road is so bad. But the moment I saw this posting I knew it was written by management of this place. Bromi03 thank you for helping me to stay away
