Too small for the price. Compared to other apartments on the plateau, you could pay $10-$50 more for A LOT more square feet. The walls are paper thin so you are going to hear absolutely everything your neighbors are doing and vice verse. I have always had plumbing problems with my toilet/sink/tub clogging every other day. The stackable washer and dryer in their 1 bedroom take forever to dry your clothes and you can only wash like 4 items of clothing at a time.

The staff in the office Carmon and Jennifer are very pleasant to do business with, except for the Asst. Mgr Angela who has the worst attitude of any one I have ever met, she is ignorant, obnoxious and rude. If the management company was smart they would get her out of the office, she really brings the level of professionalism way down.

The maintenance crew is the best I have ever had to deal with, they come to solve your problems almost immediately and are the nicest and friendliest people, unfortunately you have to call them a lot.

The grounds and buildings have gotten sort of shabby over the past few years. It seems as though the average tenant is kind of low income or struggling with kids so expect lots of screaming children running around in the parking lot (really fun at 7am on Sat morning) and your car to get dinged up from too narrow parking spaces and inconsiderate neighbors. The residents in general are not friendly and keep to themselves. There is an elementaty school next door and a Junior high across the street, not very peaceful place to live.

You are forced to sign up with Millennium Digital Media for your cable service, you have no other options and they are SUPER expensive and everytime the wind blows the cable goes out (as well as the power!). Also you must pay for your water usage which is averaged out for all tenants in your building ($20-$30/mo). I have NEVER in my 15 years of renting all across the United States have EVER had to pay for my water usage in an apartment.

The pool is really small and gets super nasty and slimey in the summer with all the kids that live there (same for the indoor hot tub). The "gym" is a joke with outdated equipment (2 treadmills, eliptical machine, exercise bike and free weights from 1975). The only cool thing is an indoor racquetball court.

The traffic and commute is HEINOUS. I worked 15 miles away in Bellevue and it took an average of 45-1hr to get to work coming down the plateau and using I-90.

Add it all up = I no longer live there and do not miss 1 thing about it.
