This really is a nice place to live, especially after reading some of the other comments on Issaquah apts. Hector and the maint. crew is awesome - always friendly and responsive. Carmen (office mgr) does a very good job, and Kelly is great as well - the new girl (didn't even bother to learn her name!) should be fired/replaced though as her attitude is terrible!

Parking stinks of course - too narrow and not enough at some times. I moved in w/ a new car that now has multiple dings/dents. The covered parking runs an additional $35 a month.

Garbage overflows at times which is a sad fact about apt. living.

The commute is terrible!!! Getting off of this hill is a nightmare at times in the morning. The Park & Ride is a good 20 minute drive at times w/ an additional 40-45 into Seattle by bus.

All-in-all this is a decent place to call home. Housing prices are so bloated that apt. living is a great option.
