definetly needs new staff

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
After getting the great treatment prior to
signing your lease you are treated with such
great respect. Then reality sets in the Manager doesn't have the time of day for
anyone not in pants. The assistant is so
rude stating "we get complaints like yours
everyday". No, my complaint is mine. Who
hires these people.
