I lived in Camp Connemara for 1.5 yrs.

I found the girls in the office to be unprofessional, difficult to deal with, and when we moved out, downright dishonest. If you rent here, make sure you document your conversations. Pick your favorite girl and make a point to deal only with that one. Choose wisely and don't be fooled by good looks or a sweet smile. Not that there is any talent here anyway.

As far as the apartment itself, well, it's an apartment. We had a middle unit and I hated it. Pretty much all the joys of apartment living were experienced there. Loud neighbors, the vaccuming above, below, or to the side. The sound of your neighbors peeing and flushing toilets at midnight. Near the end of my lease a neighbor moved in that smoked. I could not get out fast enough after that.

On the "Safety" rating: Personally, I never had an incident arise. Generally speaking, Sammamish is a pretty safe place, right' But several times (at least 4 that I know of) over the 1.5 yrs I rented, there were neighbors cars that were broken into or stolen.

If you get a place in the back, better get used to speed bumps. When I drive through the complex today to visit friends that haven't managed to escape Camp Connemara, I breathe a giant sigh of relief as I pass over each speedbump that I don't live here anymore.

I would not rent here again, and would not reccommend it to a friend.
