I have lived here for 4 months now and I have dealt with the office on many occations. They have always been extremely kind and helpful. I had a work order put in and the very next day it was fixed. I have a great 2 BR apartment and I have super nice neighbors. There are a lot of Apartments in Sammamish and Issaquah-I would pick this one again for sure. Lots of parking and they are not new so they are built better than that flimsy new construction!!!
