We have lived here since the beginning of the year and a lot of changes have taken place. They have painted the units which look wonderful now, repaved the lots, redone the office and pool area which are absolutely beautiful. There is issues with trash though it isn't picked up enough and often the trash is overflowed and around the garbage areas. We have had people evicted because of drug use recently, there is a lot of noise at night past 11pm from kids running around or squeeking there tires. The office staff are nice when things are ran their way. They have no leniency at all even though the site says they want to work with you they aren't willing to work with you at all. I have been yelled at over the phone by the assistant manager and told that I was cheating the system when in fact I wasn't trying to do that at all. Her way of jumping to conclusions has made me lose all respect for this place and many people are looking to move out because they raise the rent often and change rules without notifying tenants! Parking is a total nightmare because there are no assigned parking so if you work you have to park further away as people tend to park up close before you are able to get home, people that have paid for parking not only use that spot but use the ones up close as well. It seems like the office makes excuses for everything and don't take responsibility when things are their fault but don't get caught with it the other way around or you will be in the dog house! The staff is very stuck up towards you and they wear clothing that is way to revealing, especially the assistant manager...I took my kids in with me one time and she was wearing a shirt that didn't cover much and my 8 and 9 yr olds pointed it out to me! I am tired of the rules changing all the time and then hearing they don't have to tell the tenants since it isn't in the lease even though they let things slide for those they like! There are some areas that are well lit but others that are very dark. Sometimes the lights to the outside don't come on til it is already dark outside which makes it difficult if you have to climb stairs to get to your unit. We can hear our neighbor snore at night! We hear people going to the bathroom or showering. We have major issues with mold in the windows that are leaking that have been reported numerous times, and in the bathrooms which I have to keep cleaning with bleach to keep it away! They want your money and will be nice until they get you in here...then they suck the blood right out of your body!
