I lived in this community for a year, and with in that year I developed severe respatory issues due to the mold and the dampness of the building. Our bathroom which is in the master bedroom never fully dried once you took a shower. Mold was a huge issue.
The staff is lazy and could care less about complaints or maintaining any sort of rules. Cars are abandoned in the parking lot, trash everywhere, and NO one picks up after their dogs, there is crap all over the place. You don't want your children out in the grass here, it's completely disgusting.
We had our sliding glass door shattered by their landscapers, and it took over a month to get it replaced, and in the mean time they never came to tape up the window so it wouldn't keep bowing out and have glass falling out on our patio, even though I called NUMEROUS times, I told them I have a 3 year old who can't go outside to play, the reply was someone would be there right away. No one came.. Finally we had to tape it up, and eventually break it all up ourselves and clean it.
We aren't asking for much here, and well, they give as little as possible.
