Gates broken, loud trucks at the lumber yard, and a jeep that is loud''' But no drug traffic, robbery, and mold! Hmm...



I have been at Park Hill for over two years and have found it worth while. The office staff is friendly, the grounds look great, and the maintenance staff gets the job done. This is an apartment complex. You came here to rent. You walked by the lumber yard on your way to your new apartment. If you didnt see it, in all of its hugeness, then whos fault is that' Trash on the ground by the dumpsters...put there by people too lazy to open the lid. Gates broken...hit by people who seem to think they are too important to wait the 7 seconds it takes to open.



This is not a bad place to live. It is close to everything. The units are great and energy efficient. Parking is tight, but where is it not'''
