It's okay...

Our experience with Park Hill was overall, not a pleasurable one. Below are just some of the problems we had while leasing our one bedroom/one bath apartment:
- Mice. We were clean and tidy tenants, yet we had a rodent problem. The staff did not take immediate action after being notified.
- A toilet that leaked every time it was used. It took the leasing staff FOUR notices and a month and a half to notify the maintenance crew to come fix it.
- A window that wouldn't open. It was never fixed, despite numerous notices to the office.
- Dead potato bugs. We vaccummed 10-25 dead insects daily for months.
On a more *positive* note, the grounds were kept tidy. The interior was nice (minus the rodents and bugs :)). The staff was friendly, just extremely slow when it came to maintenance issues. Rent with caution... 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
