Terrible Paint Fumes from Lumber Yard

The apartment was really nice but there is a lumber yard right next door which does painting. The paint fumes were in my apartment and were so horrendous, it gave me terrible headaches. I had to move out after 3 months because I did not want to suffer any long term affects from the fumes. The people above me also could smell fumes all of the time. The clean air agency came out and verified the fumes. Park Hill did nothing about it. To this day, there are still fumes because I bumped into my old neighbor and she mentioned them.
The parking was also terrible. The assigned space wasn?t even close to my unit. People basically hord the free spaces which there aren?t many of.
So the apartment was nice but I?d rather not get brain cancer from the fumes.
Plus, the lumber yard starts up at 4:30 am and you can hear trucks backing up with their beepers and dropping loads of wood. It?s really pleasant to wake up to.
