Excellent apartments; pros and cons

I was here for a month in corporate housing.

pros:
new apartments; minimal noise from neighbors
fuel efficient
excellent amenities
nice location, nice views

cons:
lumberyard noisy in the mornings. Fumes too.
trash is smelly
parking can get messy
