Would like to move but can't. Only way to get most long term staff to respond is call repeatedly. The staff that is here a short time either find somewhere else to work or they get promoted to a nicer property. The dog piles just build up, so stay on the sidewalks.
Ask for a letter , reminder or even a handwritten note reminding residents to throw their trash IN the dumpsters near building 31 and I suppose others is impossible. Guess its ok if you like living in a dump, just be sure that when it warms up you are upwind. Parking has always been an issue but staff typically will look the other way when cars are blocking access.
Guess it will take an instance when the fire department can't get through and someone dies (heaven forbid) and this place gets sued for a ton of $$$$ will this complex care.
Oh well, sure went downhill since HSC was managing this place. Maintenance staff tries but I suppose that office staff really doesn't support them unless they are screaming to get a "turn" done so they can rent a unit.
