A little of this and A little of that...

I moved into Park Hill when it was brand new. I believe it was me and 3 other tenats living in the complex when I moved in. I stayed there for 3 years and saw a ton of changes, some good, some bad.
Our apt was beautiful. We had a spilt level entry unit, 2br/2bth. All of the fixtures and appliances are all modern and very nice looking. We never had a problem with the staff and they even gave us extra time to make our rent payment one month. We had several community get togethers, including a Christmas party and BBQ. They used to have (not sure if they still do) have a tenant appreciation week, where they would do things like take out your trash, deliver a free paper to your door etc. All in all it was a positive experience living there.
But with all the positives, there are some negatives. PARKING was AWFUL!!! It took about a year of us living there for the community to reach its peak, and the management was forced to give everyone a reserved spot instead of first come first serve. Our spot was NO WHERE NEAR our apartment. I was 9 months pregnant hiking from my spot near the gate to my unit by the office. I can't tell you how many times I had to park at Albertsons. We were forced to buy a garage so I wouldn't have to haul or newborn and all his gear do our car half way across the complex.
Another negative is the 'security' gate, which very rarely worked. I saw numerous times drivers pushing the gates open with their cars. Obviously its not the managemts fault for impatient people but the gate was broken more then it was working.
