Management are puppets for someone else who doesn't live here

Be cautious with what is said and promised from management and employees - they can say things all day long but may retract anything or everything if their ownership changes their minds. Very weak management - even with 'specials' and alike you may have a better experience dealing with people who can actually make a decision...it's like dealing with a used car dealership at Park Hill. Usually noisy near pool (especially in Summer - all night) and security gate hasn't worked in a year.
