Not too bad, but

This place is beautiful, and it will be really hard to move out. I have only ahd a few major issues, the first being parking. You are only provided with one, and then I pay for a covered spot, $35 a month. Because of this, you will find cars parked in the firelane, making it a nuisance to navigate through the parking lot. Management has been pretty receptive, although our assistant property manager and leasing consultant are now gone, replaced very recently by ne employees I have yet to meet. Another issue, the lumber yard. My apartment is on the wetlands area, and I constantly hear noise from there, but once you get used to it, it is not bad. I think what you have to realize is that, you live in an apartment, lower your expectations a little, or stop complaining and buy a house. I don't think I will live here again, but I will have a hard time finding a place the size of mine for the price.
