New Management very unfriendly/untrustworthy

The management team that I dealt with when I first moved in seemed okay - although they lied about the noise level from the nearby lumber yard. (I was told that there was no work on saturday or sunday. We found out that it was extremely noisy on saturday, occasionally on sunday - as early as 5am. "BEEP BEEP BEEP" from trucks backing up, non stop.)

The new management left a bad taste in my mouth - they immediately upped our rent by $300, which is an insane amount for the location that we were at. I honestly don't know how they'll survive in Issaquah - it's one of the only complexes without a view, and they're the most expensive! The new management played games with us until the day we moved out, and sent our "clean up" bill straight to a collections agency without speaking to us. The collections agency called to harass me about potentially ruining my credit - before we had even received a bill! The actual bill was over the top, as well - we had spent nearly 7 hour cleaning the place. You could tell just by looking at the "clean up" sheet that they hadn't even entered the apartment to check before writing up the bill.

Parking is poor. You will probably have your reserved space taken by someone else's visitor at least twice a week - and occasionally even have someone park in front of your garage. The "fire lanes" are always lined with cars. The wheel-chair accessable space was generally taken by able-bodied people as well. I have only seen a tow truck at the place once, and that was to remove a van that had been sitting in a fire line for months.

The apartments themselves are in good condition and generally very spacious. The garages are newly built as well. I usually did not hear the activity of my neighbors, just the constant sound from the nearby lumber yard.
